Spear-type scraper (SP)

Well spear-type scrapers SP are used for initial punching through asphaltene, resin and paraffin plugs and preparing the tubing for subsequent regular cleaning jobs with scrapers of other series as part of Automatic Well Dewaxing Mechanisms (MDSA) of the following types: MDS-010, MDS-10, MDSA-20.7, MDSA-20.5, MDSA-18, MDSA-3000, and MDSA-4000.

Fig. Spear-type scraper SP

A spear-type scraper can be used as a troubleshooting tool. Cutting edge rotation and positioning at different heights reduce cutting resistance and contribute to most effective penetration of paraffin plug.

Maximum cleaning efficiency is achieved by observing well cleaning intervals, which is provided through the use of Automatic Well Dewaxing Mechanisms (MDSA) of the following types: MDS-010, MDS-10, MDSA-20.7, MDSA-20.5, MDSA-18, MDSA-3000, and MDSA-4000.

Spear-type scrapers manufactured by Debit-E LLC feature the cutting head of a right geometry, high-quality materials and proper blade sharpening.

Axial blade scrapers (SLO)

Axial blade scrapers of constant diameter are part of the Automatic Well Dewaxing Mechanisms (MDSA) MDS-010, MDS-10, MDSA-20.7, MDSA-20.5, MDSA-18, MDSA-3000 and MDSA-4000. They are designed for dewaxing (tubing cleaning) wells with low and medium flow rate from asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits (ARPD).

Fig. Axial blade scraper (SLO), formerly known as PU

Scrapers of SLO and SLK series are one of the most effective tools for preventing asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits. 95% of our Customers choose scrapers of these series for winch operation in automatic mode.

Debit-E engineers were the first to calculate and prove that angled head blades can easily cut wax layers from inner walls of tubing string, ensuring the declared drift diameter. The typical scraper is fitted with two cutting heads, the diameter of the upper cutting head usually being larger than the diameter of the lower head.

The advantages of scrapers produced by Debit-E LLC are calculated geometry (width and
angle) of the cutting head blades, proper materials and correct blades
retipping.

Contouring blade scraper (SLK)

Axial blade scrapers of constant diameter are part of the Automatic Well Dewaxing Mechanisms (MDSA) MDS-010, MDS-10, MDSA-20.7, MDSA-20.5, MDSA-18, MDSA-3000 and MDSA-4000. They are designed for dewaxing (tubing cleaning) wells with low and medium flow rate from asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits (ARPD).

The advantages of scrapers produced by Debit-E LLC is the use of innovative polymeric material whose properties 4 times surpass those of competitor Rimamid.

Expandable blade scraper (SLR)

Variable diameter scrapers with movable blade are used for dewaxing (cleaning of tubing string) from asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits at low- and medium-rate wells as part of Automatic Well Dewaxing Mechanisms (MDSA) of the following types: MDS-010, MDS-10, MDSA-20.7, MDSA-20.5, MDSA-18, MDSA-3000, and MDSA-4000.

Variable diameter scrapers have proven to be highly effective when removing asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits from inner walls of tubing string, providing the declared drift diameter at high treatment speed. The scraper is fitted with one movable cutting head, which enables smooth lowering of the scraper to maximum cleaning depth. The tubing string is cleaned to the declared diameter only when the scraper is lifted.

Metal turbine-type scraper (STM)

Turbine-type scrapers (milling-type) by Debit-E LLC are used for dewaxing (cleaning of tubing string) from asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits in high-rate wells or high treatment speed wells. Rotary motion of the cutting head created at high speeds enables effective cutting a wax layer from internal surface of pipes.

Fig. Metal turbine-type scraper (STM), formerly known as TU

Milling cutters are manufactured in two types: steel and plastic made of high-strength polyamide. With the required well flow rate or treatment speed, the product design allows for the cutter to rotate along its axis at a high speed. The highest cleaning efficiency is achieved when using twin milling cutters with different rotation directions (cutters are connected with a special sleeve).

The advantages of scrapers produced by Debit-E LLC are calculated geometry of the turbine blades and proper materials.

Polyamide turbine-type scraper (STP)

To perform jobs in tubing with polymer coating, the scrapers are fitted with high-strength plastic turbine heads (milling cutters) to prevent the scraper from damaging the internal surface of tubing string.
